witty remark about medieval fairs
Stopped by tryouts for this year’s Sarasota Medieval Fair and was greeted with a bunch of t-shirts and shorts. At least they were playing with swords at one point (get it?).
You know, people who attend Medieval Fairs in period dress are easy targets, but then I realized they are basically people who are into fighting, cleavage and metal outfits just like anyone else. How can I hate – especially when I still own a Star Wars metal lunchbox…and sheets…and an original Han Solo figure still in the packaging…and Yoda golf club head covers…?
