pomp and circumstance
I’ve been here in Sarasota for about seven years now, and every year we cover every public school graduation. Always have. Which means for me, I cover on average about 6-8 a year. Which also means I’m pushing 60 graduations and those graduations don’t change venues too often. Nor do they change the songs. Or the colors. Or the speeches.
Essentially nothing changes.
My challenge every year is to try to make something out of them…here the 2009 version.
